To confirm the Reservation one will pay 20 % of the total amount and won´t be considered to be compromised up to not doing the effective above mentioned quantity.
The client can has right to resign the stay at any time, having right to return of the payments effected less the following penalties:
-Up to 30 calendar days before the 1 º service, 20 %.
- up to 15 calendar days before the 1 º service, 40 %.
- up to 3 calendar days before the 1 º service, 70 %.
- with less than 3 days or in case of not presentation, 100 %
Once in the hotel, if the customer decides to finish the stay before the contracted, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of one night.
